You may have noticed that all’s been quiet on the blogging front for the last couple of weeks. I was lucky enough to visit South Africa for the wedding of two gorgeous friends of mine. The stunning couple got married a few hours drive north of Cape Town on an idyliic winery; let’s just say el vino did flow. The holiday was amazing but for me and my boyfriend no trip would be complete without making a host of new animal friends. We once planned a trip completely around seeing monkeys. What began as a two week holiday evolved into a year’s trip and became known as The Monkey Year. No year will top it and the amazing animals we met but we did meet some very cool dudes in South Africa. Here are a few of our favourite characters.
